OUR RETURN POLICY
Our return policy allows you 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return for your item.
To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging.
If you wish to return a product, please contact our customer support via WhatsApp, email or live chat, from 9am to Midnight. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Refunds:
After receiving the item we will send you full Refund, no matter of the payment type (Western Union, Credit Card and PayPal).
Upon receiving your returned item, we will notify you. If your return is approved, a refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
